The addition of bush apples gives this gin floral, berry and eucalyptus flavours and their colour provides the blush hue for the gin. Boobialla, pepper berry, lemon myrtle and finger lime balance the requisite juniper with flavours of gently spiced orange blossom and jammy forest berries.

As lightning storms flash through the skies, the bright red colour of bush apples pops on the trees, making them visible for the Larrakia people against the green landscape. Monsoon season has started.
Collected from the tree tops and placed in harvesting buckets from Maningrida and from around the Darwin area by the Motlop family. These native bush apples are macerated on their skins for at least 2 weeks prior to distilling.
